Hospice is intimately linked with palliative care in the delivery of exceptional service to relieve pain, manage symptoms and improve daily living.

Palliative Care is specialized medical care that focuses on improving the quality of life for patients with chronic disorders or significant infirmities. It can begin at any point in their illness and may continue while receiving curative treatments.

Our motto at Gifted Hearts Hospice and Palliative Care is "Live until you Leave"  and our goal is to provide high quality service and care that keeps you as pain and symptom free as possible, while providing comfort and assurance to your family and loved ones. Our holistic care, which includes spiritual counselling for you and your family, chaplaincy, bereavement and social services, provides the opportunity for you and your family to know about the illness and what happens at the end of the journey while helping to make the necessary final arrangements. This includes funeral plans, wills and other legacy paperwork.
